2021 Move-In Guide

Welcome to Anthem House

Let's get you moved in!

We’re so glad you’ve chosen to live at our community. In this guide, you will find everything you need to get settled into your new place.

Before Move-In Day

To expedite your move-in process, make sure you have paid your first installment and the Resident Shield fee.

Please pay before 8/10/2021.

Your first installment must be paid in full prior to move-in before you can receive your apartment keys.

Paying online is quick and easy!

  • Go to Resident Login
  • Click “New user? Get started now.”
  • Select your unit & bedroom letter.
  • Input first, last name and email address.
  • Click “Continue.”
  • Click “e-check” to pay by checking or saving account at no cost.
  • Submit payment
  1. Online with a debit or credit card: Resident Login
  2. E-check (checking or savings account)

Resident Shield takes the place of a traditional security deposit and is non-refundable. Resident Shield is required upon lease signing or lease renewal.

What To Bring

Making Your Life Easier

One of the greatest things about living at Anthem House is its appliance packages. Here is a list of what is included in your apartment and suggestions for essentials you may want to bring with you.

What’s Included:

  • Dishwasher
  • Garbage disposal
  • Full-size washer and dryer
  • Oven/stove
  • Ice makers
  • Ceiling fan in each bedroom
  • Blinds for the bedroom windows

What to Bring:

  • Pots and pans
  • Cooking utensils
  • Small appliances (toaster, blenders, etc.)
  • Cups
  • Silverware
  • Plates
  • Dish soap
  • Trash bin
  • Television
  • Bedding
  • Lamps
  • Shower curtain
  • Toiletries
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Vacuum

Apartments come unfurnished so you can make the space your own. Personal items such as linens, cookware, dishes, garbage bins, etc. are not provided.  If you are leasing The Petty we suggest that you contact your roommates prior to move-in to determine what each person will bring for the common areas.

Parking:

Anthem House offers free general parking along the perimeter of the property.

All interior numbered spaces are reserved.

If you have chosen reserved parking, you will be assigned a space at move in.

Maintenance:

To submit a regular maintenance request you can go online to your active building portal.

Requests are typically completed within 48 hours.

For after hour maintenance emergencies, please call 1-877-331-3857.

Utilities:

Your rent includes the following utilities and your service will already be activated when you arrive:

  • High-Speed Internet
  • Water
  • Maintenance
  • Routine Pest Control
  • Trash

High-Speed Internet

High-Speed Internet is included in your rent. Cox Communications is the provider for Anthem House.

Electric

Electric is billed back automatically each month by Conservice, a third-party utility billing company. After move in, you will begin receiving bills via mail. Once you receive your first bill you will have the option to register and pay online.
